I have tried finding from multiple sources, and it ends up as not available from Microsoft Expression Encoder 3 even to create the smooth streaming files in live mode. We are using Abacast streaming right now and switching to Silverlight experience, but its very hard to find a solution right now. We are happy to know some progress in terms of delivery of smooth streaming, but looking for ways to encode and stream it both.
